Florida Delta's new chapter house was ready for occupancy on September 15, 1955. It has an estimated net value of over $175,000. The interior design and color scheme are a masterpiece of creative genius. Our kitchen facilities are the most modern available, and we are serving three meals a day, plus brunch on Saturday, and operating a snack bar five nights a week. The house sleeps comfortably 52 men. Landscaping is now underway and plans are being made to construct a circular driveway in the front and a dance patio on the east side. The house is truly a symbol of great fraternal achievement and a long-waited dream come true.
